Les Carroz is a linked ski area, 2 lift passes are available

Les Carroz ski area is open from 18th December 2010 to 25th April 2011. In case of bad snow conditions from 18th April to 25th a skibus runs automatically from Les Carroz to Flaine.

Les Carroz ski area

The resort of Les Carroz, with its 70 years of experience, is blessed with an exceptional ski area amongst towering pine trees and breathtakingly steep slopes and equipped with the very latest infrastructure.

- 6 minutes from Les Carroz to the heart of the Grand Massif ski area using the 8-seater Kédeuze telecabine.

- 3 free beginner draglifts in the village centre (draglifts Télé-Ecole 1 and Télé-Ecole 2 and draglift Télé-Carroz)

- Beginners' lift pass : 15 euros/adult - 13 euros/child (from 5 to 15 years old)

- Free night-time skiing once or twice a week, for those in possession of a valid pass bought in Les Carroz, for others the tariff is 9.00€ per person. Wednesdays and Thursdays in high season Wednesdays in low season.

SOREMAC SEM (combined state & privately funded company), which has managed Les Carroz's ski area since 1984, obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certificate in April 2007 and soon the ISO 14001, and is planning one of the most ambitious investment projects over the next 5 years.
